Location - marvellous, close to Linate airport as well as nearest large shop. Big building and rooms with airco. Great stuff with friendly service from both the reception and restaurant staff and tasty and fantastic breakfast.

We enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms, perfect for our large family. The friendly staff made check-in easy, and the nearby tram stop gave us easy access to the city. It was a convenient and accommodating experience.
My children wished for a play area to keep them entertained .

The gentleman Damien on the front desk was exceptional and made us feel very very welcome. He always had a smile and would take time out to ask how our day was going. The location, was easy to find. Friendly and helpfull staff. Wide choice of good breakfast. Lots of free parking

It was here very nice and quiet. Not far from the otel there is a park, where you can run, cycle or make the morning workouts.The room was clean with modern furniture. Great continental breakfast with rich selection of food.
The gym was very poor equiped - No dumbbels or barbells.

The reception staff were extremely friendly.. truly served us and helped us out well above their job description. Bravo! Location suited my business trips to Biassono and Monza!
The service in the Restaurant can be better. I wish the TV was bigger, flatter, and had more channels.

Excellent hotel about 30mins drive from Bergamo Airport, we stayed a Saturday night, its was very quiet and we were very hungry, the resturant was open until 10pm -great for us, had a lovley dinner and then a good nights sleep. could not believe how little we paid, if this hotel had been in London it would have cost 3 times the amount and it included full american breakfast too !
